I understand that a 480v delta system can still produce 3 phase power with 1 open winding . What is connection and capicity loss ????

A few years ago,I had to replace an open delta 2400/480 3 phase oil filled 2 transformer pad distribution substation ,both transformers 75 k.v.a.I used a single dry 3 phase 150 k.v.a. xfmr.It still does the job, but I diidn't think of future electrical needs that a 225 k.v.a. would provide.
