The apartment is about 900 Square Feet and everything is Electric (Stove/Range, Electric Hot Water, HVAC System)
Service is 120/240V/1 Phase
If I convert it to AMP, I get about 165 AMP.
What type of demand factor do you guys use for a single apartment to reduce the load?
