Sorry the cable schedule is incorrect; its 4 -2/0 parallel with a 2 #6 grounds which will go into an existing service provider gutter box. And I am only limited to 320 amps per service provider maximum specs.
 
If you did need EGC they would need to be sized based on the size of the rating of the overcurrent device beings that you are running these conductors in parallel. If that is the case wouldnt they need to be a #3 in each parallel run?
