This Panel originally came with 200A main breaker is a Siemens MC2040B1200EFC . I am looking for a 175A Main breaker but I am having a hard time with this 4 pole Breaker label EQ9985 equivalent to 200A. Any one knows , if exist , a 4 pole 175A main breaker for this panel?

That's actually a 2-pole circuit breaker not a 4-pole. If you search for a 2-pole, 175 amp you might find one. Here's one example.

My only concern with this EQ9684 is the label

I only used that breaker as an example and didn't check if it was compatible. My point was search for a 2-pole breaker not a 4-pole.

If your parts counter guys don't know then try going to Siemens directly. They have been able to answer some of my questions via email.
It does look like you may be out of luck as the panel label only shows EQ9985 and that always is a 200. Maybe there is a special order version but I don't see it in any catalog.

I would think a MBK175 aka the aforementioned EQ9684 is what you need.
the difference between the MBK175 and the EQ9985 beside one is 175A and the other is 200A is the pole configuration. MBK use RR for one lien and LL for the other line . EQ9985 stagger the Line 1 and Line 2

I took the time to open a 200A ( EQ9985) and electrically all 4 pole are separated but mechanically connected by a insulated part triggered by he magnetic sensor inside. Interesting....But i dont follow how they get the same phase on adjacent 1" components

Thinking back to when I have seen these, I think I get it. One type goes on a "standard" alternating busbar, where the other has a custom stab assembly that combines poles 1&2 and 3&4.

I just recently installed one of those siemens meter mains like the OP has (the alternating type), and I would have no problem rearranging the factory conductors if necessary.

as far I understand MBKyXX is the whole kit , it came with the main breaker EQ9685 and some metals parts to attach to the breaker, this attachment are the made same phase two adjacent pole (RR LL)
