Greeting all,
Can anybody help me how to calculate the design mesh and step voltages and give some explaination or a example regarding this please.
 
See IEEE std 80-2000, IEEE Guide for Safety in AC Substation Grounding. It has simplified equations and example calculations. Software programs such as CDEGS and WinIGS are often used for more accurate calculations.
