Electrican needs to install the (usually green) bond screw or use a #4 jumper between
neutral bus and ground bus.
with it being a 4 wire se cable and the ground wire is tied to the ground bus
then tying the ground bus and neutral bus together
wouldn't this give us a paralleled neutral? would this be okay or not?
IMO an electrician needs to eliminate the #4 ground wire from the SE cable then run a jumper from the neutral bus to the ground bus
I'm not sure the green screw would be enough, its only there to bond the enclosure not the grounds to neutral buses
