Design Question

I'm looking for the most effecient/best way to run my wires. I have two dedicated 20 amp circuits that were roughed in for a wet bar. I need to wire outlets along a back back and island. I also need to wire outlets for two beverage fridges in the island. The wire isn't long enough to make it all the way to the island so I'll need to extend it from one of the outlets. I hope the drawing shows a little better on what I'm trying to accomplish. Should I use one circuit completely for the fridges? Or should I use one circuit for all of the island outlets?
