I have an outdoor above ground diesel pump to wire. The tank sets inside a cement containment area. The pump motor will be installed on top of the tank. Do i treat this the same as gasoline? Do i need rigid conduet with seals on both ends? And do i run rigid pipe to the motor. Thankk You

I would check the MSDS for the specific fuel; but, in general, "common" diesel is not considered flammable or combustible and electrical area classification is unnecessary.
