Differing Installation Methods by Region

I know it is more and more suggested that where possible you trench and underground it to prevent damage from trees etc... but they do not require it that way, they just make it hard for you to mount it in the air..lol...

Being a ham radio lover, I myself prefer to bury my utilities so when I am dragging around wires for some new antenna I decided to fudge around with, I dont accidently hit the electric lines.. but that is only for my own homes...

And FYI I know Californians get a bad rap because it seems like we always have to do things differently. You're not wrong, and it's just as annoying to most Californians too. But I don't think being from California affects the validity of my argument.

I am from CA. Born in Sonora, Sierra Nevada foothills.

Everyone in the state is nuts IMO, exception: any members who participate here are okay.

Since I am a native and a MH member I get to say that.:D
