Re: dinning room

210-11(C)(1)The two or more 20amp SABC shall be provided for all receptacle outlets specified in 210-52(B)

210-52(B)(1) includes the dining room as wallspace to be served by the 20amp SABC.

If serving the dining room with a third or even fourth 20amp circuit, it would still be considered a SABC even if the two in the kitchen areas are met.

Re: dinning room

What if .... Say you have 4 recepts in your dining room ... off the refridge circuit you power 2 of the outlets ... could you then feed the other 2 off of a 15 amp circuit????

No.

The SABC are 20A.

How many amps do you purpose for the refrig - 15 or 20?

Re: dinning room

Maybe this will be easier. Does all recepts in a dining room need to be 20 amps or could they be split with 20 amps and 15 amps.
