I get those all the time for my dog when he is with me at the drive through.
About half the time the next question from the counter person is "does your dog need a cup of water?"

The dining room receptacle circuits must be rated 20 amps, the receptacles could be either 15 or 20 amp devices.

The required receptacles must be on a 20amp circuit. Since the circuit has two or more receptacles, the devices could be 15 or 20 amp rated.
