Disco mounting height

Is there a minimum mounting height for an outdoor disconnect?

Customer wants one no more than 3' off the ground so it doesn't obscure the view of their pond.

As far as I know there is no minimum height unless you are dealing with mobile home service equipment...

Agreed,,,,if this is an A/C disco, it can be a few inches off the ground if you want it to be. Not ideal, but not illegal

I couldn't find anything against it but I wanted to hear a second opinion before I told the customer I could do it.
