disconnect height

Where in NEC2002 does it mention the maximum disconnect height. I've about lost my mind trying to find it.

I install disconnects every day for Hvac units and am very curiouse' what is the proper height for disconnects?

Being that you are an apprentice, I will ask, do you have a code book?

If you are really asking what is the proper height, I guess the answer would be, whatever doesn't offend others. :D
