Is there a requirement to disconnect all the conductors including the neutral conductor to a trailer, mobile home etc?? Ive searched the code but couldnt find any.

No not a mobile home. A travel trailor may be different.

The only thing I can think of is gas pumps. The breaker has an aux contact to disconnect the neutral at the same time as the hot, don't know if this is still code or not, don't have a recent code book in front of me. (too lazy to go out to the truck and get it)

On a grounded system one of the service entrance conductors is the grounded conductor and there must be a means of disconnect. However you are not required to provide a disconnect switch for the grounded conductor.
