No real issue as far as readily accessible IMO, but you prolly got a working clearance issue, especially if those discos are fused.

No...its not fused. Knife blade. The valve was to be installed on the other side of the pipe.

I only see a work space violation and I can walk into any building the US that has electric power and find one of those.

I can walk into more than one local municipal and private industrial sites and take a similar pic.
