Distance from Transformer to Water Tanks

Is there a minimum distance requirement from a 34.5kV-277/480V sillicone fluid power transformer, installed outdoors to an elevated metal water tank? The transformer is fed using a 34.5kV cable installed in an underground duct bank.

This is an industrial installation.
