Are there certain distance requirements for lights, conduits and electrical panels/equipment to be placed away from sprinkler heads?

Yes depending on if they are directly above the foot print of the equipment or just nearby.
Section 110.26 for equipment <600V

There are also rules in the sprinkler fitters codes that prohibit blocking sprinklers. This can become an issue with some types of lighting fixtures.

The situation is a closet with multiple gutters placed on either side of the room. These gutters contain class 1 wiring. The sprinkler head is directly over head of the gutters and within 6 inches of multiple conduits coming out of these gutters. The conduits in my opinion would obstruct the sprinkler system when activated.
