If I have three phases source of power and my load are two air conditions each one 10amp single phase. First one from phase A to C and second one from B to C. My question phase A and B have the same amount of current but how about phase C? Is it total?
Thanks

Re: dividing load

The current in phase C can not be the sum of A & B.

Re: dividing load

The current in Phase C is the sum of A & B, however it isn't the algebraic sum, it is the vector sum. Phase C has 17.32 amps on it.
