We have a 3 Phase, 208, 100 Amps coming to our building. There is a 100 AMPS 3 Phase Circuit breaker connected at the meter.

I am monitoring my usage in real time by using this energy monitor called EyeDro. http://eyedro.com/business-electricity-monitors/. Based on the result (see the screenshot of the graph showing the usage in real time. Each phase is depicted by a different color) i am seeing that we are using roughly 7KW on each Phase during the peak hours.

So my question is - do we have enough power in the current building to add a new equipment which is asking for a 3ph, 208, 100 Amp Circuit? I don't want the main circuit breaker to trip when i power this machine. Any help will be highly appreciated. If there are any more data required, please let me know.

Thanks

If you only have 3 phase 100 amps in the building and you are adding a piece of equipment that is 100 amp 3 phase then you need a service upgrade. The monitor does not help in determining the calculated load. You need to contact an electrician
