$75 without burdens. It could be lower. Trying to get enough revenue to higher a Well paid J-man so he can be my right hand so you got to pay more to get them.
Never done a gen this size
I can adjust pay scale.
but the Labor rate is what I am working about.

items 1-3 look low on labor units. Trenching is 30% off if you're planning to compact your backfill. I'd add 15-20% on items 1-2. Profit is low for a service job.

I’m not sure where you’re at, but, for example, 4” pvc in my area is $6.28/ft, before tax (10%) and markup.

Im not seeing any overhead accounted for anywhere. At $97.50/hr, you’re probably covering labor and labor burden, but no profit on the crew. Not worth it to run crew if you’re not making something on them.

I know costs are high as giraffe nuts where I am in far northern Cali, but just my OH is almost $50/hour. I’m at $160/hr for labor with labor burden, OH, and profit all rolled together. And I need to raise it again.

And I markup materials as well.

4.98 here. burdens around 30-40$ of wage. wages around here $55 - for 71.5-77. 20 percent overhead put them at 92.4 and then add profit on that with 20 percent on that. My normal t$m rate is 150- but I can't bid jobs at that I would never get any.

I was always under assumption you charge more for smaller jobs and once there past a threshold you can charge less if your using labor units cause those are worse case scenario. Unless crap goes south this job should take half that time.

I was happy now you made me sad

Well she parked at gc price for concrete and shed building.
Now after a month she calls and tell me to meet her gc that is 1/3 the price and tell him what needs to be done and he will do the cutting and plumbing.

also instead of a mechanic like we originally planned out there to help start this used unit. She said the owner will help me with start up I case a mechanic issue. So far this seems like I should jump on this job. I hate losing a job but with a new gc I don’t know and her husband trying to commission unit with me some starting to taste bad

I didn’t see a "rock clause", but then again I don’t know the soil conditions on the other side of the country.
