This is not a hazardous location.
NIT (Nitrogen or Nitrous Oxide) and O2 are both non-flammable gases
I found a good site regarding gases. It's the Airgas site. As little or as much info as you can handle. This link goes to the medical gas area of the site.

NFPA 99 (standard for health care facilities) may have other requirements you should be aware of.
For example, I think the light switches have to be at or above 60" so they don't get hit with the med gas bottles.
