The "Siegel (sp) Illustrated NEC? We were discussing recently and no one here has a copy and most have never heard of it.

via Library of Congress website. It's "Ben Z. Segall" and the main title was "Electrical Code Diagrams". Not sure when it was last published, but probably in mid 60's.
