Does J-Box Sizing Code apply to AV boxes?

I've been asked to size a j-box (wireway?) for AV cables. It has (2) 3" and (5) 2" all coming into the bottom of the box with a hinged cover on the front.

Does this box need to be 31" tall? (3"x6)+3+2+2+2+2+2=31"

Also, how would I determine required depth?

By AV I'm assuming that you are talking about low voltage- communications and CL2 wiring/cables? If so the requirements for sizing a chapter 3 box does not apply. So you are free to use any dimensions you feel will work for you.
