Does this make sense?

Just wanted to get some opinions on this riser. I copied this existing riser so we could do some modifications to this building. There is a 600A 240-3 open delta service coming in (paralell feeders). The feeder goes into a wire way and a single phase 240-1 and a 240-3 service comes out, goes into a meter, then feeds a single phase and a three phase panel. SEE ATTACHED PICTURE

Thanks:)

Well ... off the Meter you have "A" and "B" disconnects not labled, and off those panels you run A to B, and B to A, respectfully.

Off of B panel you run to N and B1 and use the same size wire to each but have two different sizes for each panel, looks like N panel would be undersized.

Incoming Service, why are arrows pointing away from service?

Correct way to indicate voltage is 120/240V for three wire and 240/120V for 4-wire delta; don't use a dash either way.

You've indicated everything that is new, why is the note in the lower right corner necessary.

You say to "install" new 125A/2P breaker. Does that mean someone else is furnishing it? Use either "Furnish and Install", or "Provide" if that's what you want. If I was a Contractor I'd hit you with an extra.

You don't have to use the word "Existing" simply use (E) if you want to indicate existing equipment. A good way to show that is to use screened lines for existing and only the new or modified work in dark lines.

Arrows off the text on left side come off top line of text, arrows that come off right side come of bottom right side of text

There's many ways to do it, but typically I think yo see cable information mor abbreviated as:
3-#8, #10G, 2"C. if you had parallel then (2) 3-#8, #10G, 2"C. If you have a spec then put cable type there, or in a sht note. If you don't care, then leave it off.

OK lol, I got a little copy happy, I didn't go over it, I appreciate the error finding. Im posting this new riser. I was copying it off of another drawing and used the copy button and didn't change some lettering.

As far as "existing" goes the only thing that does not make sense to me is the #6 "grounds" installed ahead of the service disconnects.
As far as your adding panel "N" the only unanswered question is the length of your #1's. You will need to comply with 240.21 tap rules.

You seem to have two conduits entering the meter, one for 'A' and one for 'B'. How does that work?

If they are paralleled, there should be identical methods feeding the meter.

If not, one panel's power is unmetered.
