Door In Door/ Dead Front

Dead front is the traditional cover on most panels that covers the breakers & guts.

I think door in door is another term for hinged covers, where the outer door opens to show the breakers. To get inside, remove a few screws and the dead front opens the same way, still hinged to the panel. A great time saver.

Ah, the double hinged covers! Best thing since sliced bread. Worth every penny too.
