Unless you can prove 25 ohms or less resistance, then you have to drive two rods. That is unless you have a UFFER or other electrode.

That is, another electrode other than a pipe, plate, or underground waterpipe.With those, as I read it, you need to prove the second made electrode in not needed, or supplement the first.

What I meant was you may not have to drive the 2nd rod if you have another electrode to connect to. Of course if you have a UFFER, it is not required to have supplementry electrodes. I should have left out the UFFER from my reply to the OP.
