Draw Out Circuit Breaker

Have to remove a 1600A draw out circuit breaker. Not that familiar with how they are pulled/cranked out. How long would you say to completely remove one? Thanks,

Will the bus be deenergized first?
If not, the arc flash hazard may be severe, and proper PPE may slow you down. Or even make hands-on removal impossible.

Every model is different so can't answer that without some details on the breaker
