Drilling through cripple studs under window

I need to drill a 3/4" hole through adjacent cripple studs under a window. There is one stud on each side that goes to the header above the window, and 2 cripple studs next to it on each side under the window. What is the rule to drill through the 3 studs to get an outlet box placed under the window?
