Charlie your right , had they informed me that they even had a book of requirments this would never have happened, most if not all of my past experiences with them have been great, no problems at all, just this one time , of course it was a fill in forman and not the reqular guy that came around on this day so....
again thanks for your help charlie, thru the roof will never work here, they require 18" within a 6' radius of the mast , never gonna happen the book also helped me convince the homeowner of that fact also. great thing when you have all the info you need.
