I understand that a cord and plug cannot be used above a dropped ceiling. We have a projector that is plug and cord that we are suspending from a dropped ceiling. I have seen brackets for boxes for hanging a light in a dropped ceiling but don't know of a bracket that is UL listed for a receptacle in a drop ceiling (since you would push "up" on this receptacle to plug something in as opposed to a light hanging "down") Is there a UL listed box and bracket for a "receptacle" that hangs flush in a drop ceiling???
