The overcurrent device for a transformer is for clearing a faulted transformer from the wiring distribution system.

You can not install an overcurrent device to protect the windings. Why protect the conductors?

Overcurrent devices are for downstream conductors, not upstream.

The theory is to force the transformer to blow the overcurrent device when there is a a ground or winding to winding fault.

Like I wrote before, the only way to prevent overload is to not connect an overload.

For 208/120 volt Secondary after the disconnecting means, the Grounded conductor is the NEUTRAL conductor where it is part of a 3W or 4W branch circuit (BC) and on a 3W BC that conductor is definitely a Current Carrying Conductor (ccc).

Here we go again of the definition of a neutral. Let's just call it the Grounded Conductor of the circuit and it will have the correct definition.
