Duct bank??

So to me this looks like a pre fabricated duct bank. My question is strut frames and not usually used for duct banks. Is it because they are fabricating and need to keep them together is why they're using them?

It is common to specify some type of framing and supports for duct banks to keep the raceways in their correct locations. Duct spacing impacts duct bank ampacity calculations.

I see that pic was too big to attached. I thought underground duct banks only really utilized spacers . You need strut?

Most designers don't care about the means and methods of house you hold the ducts in position (unless they put it in a specification), as long as you keep the correct spacing between ducts, correct maximum depth and backfill so the heat dissipation goes as expected.
