AFTER CORING A 2 INCH HOLE THROUGH 18" OF CONCRETE SLAB A WAS ON TOP OF A 3'X4' DUCT AND I HAVE TO RUN SOME SECURITY CABLE CAN I RUN A CONDUIT THROUGH THE DUCT WORK? THIS WAS ASK OF ME BY THE ENGINEER.

I don't see anything in 300.22 that doesn't allow it.

From a mechanical code perspective, make sure you seal around the penetration with mastic or other approved that meets the UL 181.
