duel voltages

8ft light fixture , 1 ballast for 2 outside tube , 1 ballast for center tube
prints show 277v for outside , 120v for inside tube .
2 voltages in 1 fixture . is that allowed by code ?

I agree, with Bob (your grounded conductors would require different identification) but would ask why it's designed this way?

used as emergency light...120v is coming from panel that is wired to generator if there was loss of power
