E/G Switchboard Ground

I have a high rise with a roof Emerg. E/G. The Generator Switchboard is service rated. The generator itself is grounded but the Switchboard is not grounded.

Shouldn't the Switchboard also be grounded?

What exactly do you mean by grounded?

Have it's own ground connection directly to building steel (like shown on generator itself)
