e-mail comment stage form

I would like to e-mail a comment to the 2011 ROP's.
If I e-mail the form, of course I can not provide a signature on the form.
Is this going to be a problem for NFPA?

They have an online submission system here.
The closing time for comments is 5pm eastern time tomorrow, (Friday, October 23).
NOTE: You will have to download and install the Citrix client that is on the same page just to the upper right of the "start submission process" box.

Thanks guys,
It seems that I will have a little leg work ahead of me, I tried to start the process for a Mac computer and the Citrix site is telling me that "the content that I have selected can not be found.
I'll look into it tomorrow.
As far as you all know, do I have to use Citrix or can I just e-mail the comment to the address at the bottom of the Comment Form?

I just emailed my proposals to the email address above, using the Word document that NFPA provides. I then hit print, saved it as a PDF instead, and emailed the pdf to the address above.

On my Mac, the proposal form gave me a little bit of grief in Word. I had to select and drag inside the empty fields to enter my words of wisdom.

I e-mailed it and it seems to have worked just fine.

Word to the wise, it has to be signed. Mine just bounced back to me.

I scanned a signature, dropped it in the signature box, and resent it.
