I FOUND ARTICLE 430.73 (WIRING DIAGRAM) THIS SHOWS TO BREAK THE CONNECTION ONLY ON THE HOT LINE BUT IS THERE A VIOLATION IN BREAKING BOTH SIDES (MEANING HOT & NEUTRAL LINES)? FOR E STOP.

Since the NEC doesn't have a diagram for 430.73, I'm assuming you are actually referencing the NEC Handbook.

There is no prohibition for breaking both the ?hot? and grounded side of the circuit simultaneously. The prohibition is against breaking the grounded side only.
