What is the opinion of this from Eaton? https://www.eatoncummins.com/conten...ermal-magnetic-circuit-breaker-td003004en.pdf
Does this mean it can be used in ANY loadcenter, or just ones that have noted that twins are allowed on the panel labeling? There is a huge base of Cutler-Hammer loadcenters that were manufactured prior to Eaton's purchase of C-H Inc. in 1978, and plenty that were manufactured prior to Eaton introducing the CHT, 1515,1520, & 2020 breakers & in the past had a little tit extending on the mounting rail for them to latch properly, but they do fit in any position.
It's been my opinion that they were only kosher if labeled for their use, that is the safe or conservative opinion, but is it correct? The above link states "Suitable for all CH CTL and non-CTL loadcenters".
