EGC bonding at the service disconnect

Millbank condo meter socket with two meter. Each meter has its own disconnect. The question is: Since the service disconnect is located in the meter hub the EGC from the water main as well as the ground rods must be brought to the point of disconnect and attached to the grounded conductor terminal at the service disconnect. Would the service panals then be considered as sub panals requiring the the neutrals and grounding conductors to be separated and the bonding jumper not installed.

that might spark a bit. you might best connect your EGC to the GROUNDED terminal.

Would the service.....grounding conductors to be separated and the bonding jumper not installed.

No matter what when you go from a meter to a disc. outside ,inside, where ever.As soon as you leave that meter the first disc.or panel is your primary panel and any after that are subs.ergo seperate grounding and grounded conductors and the grounding conductors are panel bonded at the sub panel.

aalenwayne you just confused me. The neutral is bonded at the service disconnectwhere the meter happens to be located and the panel inside the house requires an egc and the neutral and egc to be separaTE NO?

maybe I worded it so as to confuse sorry if I did.
What I meant was that,when there is a meter and a service disconnect or mbr panel,any panels after that are secondary panels and grounded and grounding conductors have to be isolated from one another and instead of a bonded neutral/grounded conductor, the grounding conductors or ground bar must be bonded to the second panel and be isolated from the grounded/neutral conductors that are not bonded to the panel.
A disc or a MBR panel are one in the same except for breaker space.There are exceptions to this but they are about a different install,what I call an extended back to back.
Sorry if I confused you but it is rather simple.
