I have tried some new things since yesterdays post. I tracked down a line truck ( local elec.Utility) by chance i new the guy. he snuck to my home and we ran a few test of our own. First off he checked all my voltage check OK, did a load test at my meter base check OK, Cut off the lugs at the pole transformer wich Im the only user. I them got my Megger and meged all 3 wires ( phase to grd & phase to phase) got a reading little less than 2 Gig on Phase to grd & phase to phase neutral to grd got zero. Got all new pressed on lugs and he snuged up all wires on the pole and Transformer so im pleased with all the test that we did.
Maybe i need to explaine what my electronics are doing on my appliances my Clothes dryer and clothes whasher and dish washer and electric range Hot water heaterand last my Freezer.
The clothes dryer & washer will at random will come on not start just come on the boards light up as if you push a button on the bubble pad Ive stood and watched it with my own eyes neither at the same time or same day but both have done it both are 5 years old. the dryer i have replaced to boards on the washer is still going . next hot water heater brand new lasted 4 days board went bad replaced with new one and still going after 2 months. next electric range will beep and start the timer at random times and last my up right freezer 3 years old it will come on and sound an alarm when no alarm is needed .
What they all have in comon is a Circuit board some are 220 volt some are 120 volt their all grounded and the 120 volts are on different phases wich i switched while doing a test . I dont need ghost busters as some of my close friends have suggested. So you can see where i termed the phrase line noise
or line static. Oh and im not crazy either just have a electric problem i cant figure out thats how i stumbled onto this board .

their has been no lighting storms up till a few days ago wich i made it through with no problems . by line noise as an example im going to say few miles up the road is a lumber mill they have 2ooHP motors that start up and run if a motor is going bad or a phase is weak on a certian moter it will cause a glitch on an oscilliscope if you watch the waves thats what im calling line noise

Wow, you have really got some issues.
I would install a whole house surge protector right away.
The neutral may be carrying a load or energized intermitently. Not when you are checking of course.
How old is the house?

the house is close to 6 years old but my problems started showing up around 6 to 8 months ago. and im going to check on a panel surge protector today ...i bet them cost an arm and leg

Not more then $200 and very easy to install. As long as you have a main breaker.
Are their any junction boxes under the house.
If some one that wired houses all the time. They might be able to look at it (the wiring job) and see something ab-normal.
I don't know.
