Does anyone know if Minnesota and Iowa have reciprocity agreements? If they do, what do you need to do to get an IA master license if you have a MN license and what do you need to do to get a MN master license if you hold an IA master license? Also, does anyone know to what extent does MN allow HO's to do electrical work? Thanks for any info.

Yes they do reciprocate now.
Do you know what I would have to do to get a MN master license if I have an IA master license? I tried looking it up, but I can't get any MN gov websites to open.

I was finally able to get on the MN website and find out what I needed to know. There is reciprocity. As long as I have my master license and obtained it by testing, it looks like I can send them some money and I will have my license.

That is the way it usually works at most places that have reciprocation agreements. They won't make you take a test but they still want you to buy their license.
