I am new electrical engineer and have no experience and I joined the commossioning team and I found that a lot of electrical tests must be understood so can any one help me and give me guide to all equipments tests
snd how to make it for available equipments ( contactors, breakers, relays, earth fault,CT,VT........etc)

Do a search for "megger" and you'll find plenty of information on insulation resistance testing. There have been a lot of posts on various types of ground resistance testing and testing of grounding/bonding as well. For contactors, breakers, relays do a search for "DLRO", "FOP" and "fall of potential". There have been a couple recent threads on breaker testing you might find just by looking through the last few pages of posts.

There is a lot of information here that you can find with the search function, and we are lucky to have a number of knowledgeable folks around here that are willing to share. If you have a specific question after doing the background reading I'm sure someone can help.

your profile says gas plant. are these tests in place on live systems in hazardous environments, or are these commissioning tests prior to being put in operation ? What location are you in ? is this work for dot/doe or the client ?

Generally a commissioning firm has spec's and MOPS they follow in complete any commissioning. I would get a copy for NETA spec's. And your companies specs and/pr MOPS.

In commissioning you can be completing or reviewing test reports for , megger test, earth ground resistance test, high current test, coordination studies, resistive load bank test and this goes on...depending on what the end user/customer requested and what the design engineers require. Oh and if there is HV distribution involved the list grows.
