Electrical conduits go through fire riser room

Can electrical conduits run from one panel, pass through the fire riser room to feed another panel? Are there any code issues?

What do you mean "fire blocked", fire rated wall or fire riser room?

Firestopped is the more correct term, my mind is on woodworking recently.
Look at products from STI, Hilti, or 3M. It will be a system listed for the wall and raceway type, with a label that goes by the penetration for the building official.
check with your wholesale house for what they have access to.
