Electrical estimator needed

We are bidding the horizontal portion of a hotel construction project and need some help doing the take-offs, pricing and labour estimates. Can anyone suggest a person who would be available to work remotely on this? I need someone used to pricing undergrounds, high voltage distribution and manhole construction. The project is not in the US.
