Question:
Have commerical building that has rebar under half the building and there is a 200Ampere service. The rebar has been grounded to the electrical service and the other half of the the building has not as there is no rebar there. Using the Table 250.66 to determine the grounding electrode, shall I use a 2 foot, 4 foot, 10 foot or a 12 foot ground rod?

In my opinion there is no NEC requirement to add anymore electrodes at all.

I agree with Bob a ground rod is not required once the CEE is used.

The commerical building is on a slab with approximately 2/3's having rebar, the remaining has no rebar.
