Does anyone here has any home inspection template/form/spreadsheet that they can share? I am looking for something that could save me inspection time. Any help would be much appreciated.

Zaz, this is not directed only at you. Please be patient and please keep these facts in mind:

1. Most of us are gainfully employed and not everyone has mid-day access to a computer for recreational purposes.

2. Responding to posts is completely voluntary. Nobody here gets paid for their involvement; not even Mr. Holt himself.

3. Not everyone knows the answers to every request. The guy with the best answer might log on later in the evening.

I am not looking forward to cut into anyone's bread and butter :)

Just wanted to see if I could find a list that would help me during the inspection so that I could keep my inspector straight!
 
I have tons of forms for every type of inspection we do BUT we do not do residential normally, so when I do residential I make one for the specific type of inspection.

But if any commercial guys need any forms and I have one that fits your needs, I'll gladly forward it.

Just as a helpful tip...chances are you would find more of them on a Home Inspection Forum website. NACHI has a great one.
 
I have a book called One & Two Family Dwelling Electrical Systems put out by the IAEI. It has some excellent inspection check sheets in the back.
