I'm busy with an assignment and want to know where can I find information on the following please!
Safety procedures, conduits, chasing, connections, distribution boards, 3 --phase electricity.
Installation and choice of fitting.

I'm a student and not a DIYer. I surfed the web but could not get the specific information needed.
 
That is a very broad question. If you can pinpoint the specific information that you need, perhaps we can help you. Books have been written on the items you are asking about, and each one is certainly too broad to be answered on a forum such as this.
