What are his concerns? Working space (110.26) comes to mind. That space cannot be used for storage, so no panels in closets. Cant be on a stairwell, and I believe it has to be located close to the meter as SE cable has indoor length restrictions (I want to say 6' but it may be more).

Is any article in the code book that I can copy and show to the client.
What is the requirements for installation of electrical circuit panel?

My best guess is you are asking about working space and you should show him 110.26.

Other than that the question is way too vague to answer.

we have a client that she doesn't believe anything we say.
She is one of those I will see I will believe.

So what is she questioning about the loadcenter? You haven't answered the others questions about what your question really is.

My Question was witch article is for electrical panel height requirements
You did not make that clear in your first post and I'm glad you found it on your own but, in the future you should include the pertinent information in the question.

My Question was witch article is for electrical panel height requirements.
But I found it already.
Thank you.

I don't think electrical panel has any height installation requirements.

I am curious what you found.

I know the OCPD has a requirement.
