Electrical panel verses utility sink in basement

I am wiring an addition and after installing my sub panel in the basement the plumber installed a utility sink just to the right of the panel. I have my 30 inch clearing left to right and my 36 inch in front. Can not find any reason in the code that would make this a violation. Any thoughts ?

Agree. Until some overzealous inspector wants you to install GFCI breakers since you are less than 6ft from the sink.

You mean GFCI protection for the feeder.

Maybe we need 3R panel in the basement, some can be damp. Don't forget sewer gas Better make it explosion proof.
