I thought all receptacles needed a cold water pipe run through the box for cooling purposes........:blink::lol::roll:

How do you figure box fill for this? Is the pipe counted once, and do you include the open space behind the box in your box size?

No, but they need one for grounding purposes.

Yes but it only counts as 1/2 the distance to the wall..:roll:
